How to Schedule a Class with FTS


Payment is required prior to the scheduled course in order to reserve your seat.  All payments are non-refundable for students who fail to show up for the assigned class unless extenuating circumstances are found and approved by FTS.
You now have 2 options to schedule your safety class with FTS.  In the left section below you can still mail the FTS application and your payment to our facility by following the directions listed.  In the right section below you can now do an online payment and email your FTS application.  Either method you choose you will receive a confirmation email confirming your seat in the class once the application and payment is received.

Mailing FTS Registration

Please click on the FTS application link and either print and fill the application out by hand or type the information directly into the application pdf form.  You can either save the application for later printing or print it out right away.  Mail the FTS application and payment of $95 per student using either check or money order made out to FTS.   You can use one check or MO if multiple students want to pay with one payment.

Online FTS Registration

To pay for your class using the online payment portal please click on the portal image below and follow the instructions given there.  Be sure to email the filled out FTS application as per the instructions so we can match your application with your payment and you will be reserved for a seat in the class.  If no application is emailed we will not be able to reserve a seat.  If multiple students are paid via the portal in one payment be sure to note that in the email with the attached FTS applications.

Directions

Please click on the Google Interactive map below to get directions to FTS.  In the white message bubble on the map just click on "Directions" and enter your address in the from space.
PARKING
There is parking available on the Elm Street side of the building in a smaller lot.  This lot is for use for the Bank Plaza Building.  We are located in the lower level of the large brick building with the Bank of America sign on it.  There are also parking meters along the streets around the building.  Weeknights and  weekends the parking meters do not need to be paid per the City of New Bedford.
